[VBbuilders] Google Voice discovered allowing pure VoIP calls???

Yep I understand that - that is why only North America has google voice -
but in this case is it a probe? Or can anyone use this as VOIP? Or is it
more vaporware?

Don't forget there is a handset war going on now - and people might be being
