[VBbuilders] a study visit opportunity - for your information

I make sure that our community gets informed about this. As you remember
we 
talked about applying for a study visit, but missed the dates.

Now I receiive an invitation from our previous lead partner in the MIR -
Project,
The adult education center (Volkshochschule) in Kronach, Germany.
I know that they are on the same track as we are. I talked to Heint about 
forwarding this.

This is especially interesting for all the people in our group that have
to do
with teachers and schools (Abdullah, Matz, Marina, Julija)

Problem: each national agency will choose the participants and I think they
have only 16 places, but the program is almost unknown.

if you really consider to participate
its important to show how you influence decisions 
in the school system in your country

By the way:
study visit offerings september to february 2012 have been decided 
in october 2010 - so we are way too late to do our own thing soon.

Dear all,

I hope everybody is doing well, even that times are not getting easier and
we all have to battle the prevailing circumstances. Looking back, there are
- at least for me - still good memories of the  MIR-project: wouldn't it be
nice to have an opportunity to meet again?

We (our vhs) will host a CEDEFOP study visit in October 2011 that deals
with
"Use of ICT in learning: new learning approaches by using digital learning
resources". Wouldn't it be nice to have an opportunity to meet again?

As there are not really many grants for some countries, please find
somebody
(or better apply yourself J) who speaks enough English to follow the
program, who is capable to write a fairly good application ("why do I want
to go ...") and who belongs to one of these groups: 

* Company training managers,
* directors of education and vocational training institutions, centres or
providers,
* educational and vocational training inspectors,
* head teachers, teacher trainers,
* pedagogical or guidance advisers,
* representatives of chambers of commerce/ industry/crafts,
* representatives of education and training networks and associations,
* representatives of employers' organisations,
* representatives of local, regional and national authorities
