Vienna area at the time. It will be run by BEST

"BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) is a voluntary, non-profit
organisation which gathers promising technological students from all over
Europe to provide communication, cooperation and knowledge exchange
opportunities between European students, companies and universities. 86
Local BEST Groups in 30 countries provide more than 100 various
international events each year, such as courses on technology, symposiums on
educational matters and engineering competitions."
